With 13 years of experience in real estate and a strong foundation from 15 years in corporate retail and restaurant management, Jenny Steward brings a strategic, service-driven approach to her role as Broker Manager at Century 21 First Canadian.

Jenny’s passion for real estate was inspired by her family’s background in home building and has evolved into a successful, award-winning career in both new home construction and residential resale. She is known for her results-oriented mindset, leadership, and dedication to supporting agent growth.

In her current role, Jenny leads a team of over 330 REALTORS®, providing daily guidance in legal compliance, business operations, education, recruiting, and productivity coaching. She is deeply committed to cultivating a collaborative, high-performing environment where agents feel empowered and supported.

Jenny also plays an active role in advancing the real estate profession. She is a Past Director of the London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS®, the current Chair of the Education Committee, and a member of the Professional Standards Committee. With 2.5 years of experience as a real estate education facilitator, she is passionate about mentorship and continuous professional development.
